Terms of Use — StrengthBudget
These terms apply to your use of StrengthBudget ("the app") published by Biutimi s.r.o. ("Biutimi", "we", "us").
Acceptance
By using StrengthBudget, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple Media Services Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules and applicable law.
Purpose of the App
StrengthBudget provides general strength-training plans, exercise guidance, workout controls and informational progress records. Recommendations are starting points that you can review and change. They do not guarantee a particular fitness, strength, muscle or health result.
Not Medical Care
StrengthBudget is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent injury, pain or disease. It does not provide individualized medical, physiotherapy or rehabilitation advice and does not replace a qualified professional.
Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or another concerning symptom. Seek appropriate professional or emergency help when needed. A feature that records reported pain is an app-planning control, not a diagnosis or safety assessment.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise, load, movement, environment and item of equipment are suitable for you. Use stable equipment, a clear space and appropriate technique. Follow equipment instructions and obtain professional guidance when you are unsure.
You remain responsible for the exercises and custom content you add, the changes you make to a plan and how you interpret or use the app’s information.
Plans, Estimates and Records
Workout plans, sets, repetition ranges, rest guidance, substitutions, muscle coverage and duration estimates are informational and may not suit every person or situation. Duration is an estimate, not a promise or a required limit.
StrengthBudget records only what its workflow and you confirm. One exercise confirmation is not a set-by-set or repetition-by-repetition measurement. Missing information is not proof that an exercise, set or workout was or was not completed.
Working weights and trends are meaningful only where exercises, variants, equipment and load semantics are comparable. They are not professional performance assessments.
Apple Watch and Apple Health
Apple Watch, WatchConnectivity, complications, Smart Stack and Apple Health depend on compatible devices, permissions and Apple system services. Delivery, synchronization and displayed status may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable.
Imported Apple Health workouts remain separate from the app’s internal exercise plan and may contain incomplete or inaccurate source data. StrengthBudget is not an emergency-monitoring service.
iCloud, Backups and Data
Local storage, iCloud synchronization, device transfer, export and restore may be interrupted, delayed, unavailable or affected by account, network, device or system conditions. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of information that matters to you.
Review restore and account-change options carefully. Replacing or merging data can affect records on the current device and, when iCloud sync is active, other devices using the same dataset.
Your Content
You retain rights to custom exercise names, notes and other content you create in the app. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to store, export or share that content.
Intellectual Property
The app, its design, software, included exercise catalog, guidance and Biutimi branding remain our property or the property of our licensors. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, redistribute, rent or attempt to derive the source code without authorization.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, correct or discontinue functions when necessary for safety, compliance or operation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature on every device or system version.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Biutimi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, injury caused by misuse, or decisions made using information shown by the app.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic without affecting mandatory consumer rights under the law of the consumer’s country of residence.
