Privacy Policy — BiutimiSun
BiutimiSun is designed so that app data stays on your device. No Biutimi account is required.
Data Stored On Your Device
BiutimiSun stores your sun profile, guided body-area profile, SPF and hydration check-ins, selected environment, active session state, session history, recovery feedback, care records, weather cache and notification settings locally on your device.
Location And Apple Weather
When you request live weather or UV guidance, the app obtains an approximate device location and sends the coordinates directly to Apple Weather through WeatherKit. Biutimi does not receive or store those coordinates on its servers. Apple’s handling of this information is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
The app can keep recent location, city, weather and UV information in its local on-device weather cache. You can clear that cache inside the app. If location permission is denied, the app uses usable cached data when available or shows Apple Weather as unavailable.
Local Notifications
Optional SPF, hydration and session reminders are scheduled locally through iOS. BiutimiSun does not use a Biutimi push-notification server. You can deny or revoke notification permission in iOS Settings.
Analytics, Ads And Tracking
BiutimiSun 1.0 contains no advertising, third-party analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, account system, purchase system or Biutimi cloud sync. Biutimi does not sell app data.
Export, Sharing And Deletion
The app can create a local JSON export. Data leaves the app only when you choose a destination through the iOS share sheet; the selected destination then applies its own privacy terms.
Local app data remains on the device until you remove it. The Data section inside BiutimiSun lets you separately clear session history, care records, cached weather and profile preferences. Deleting the app removes its remaining local app container.
Permissions
Location and notification permissions are requested only when needed for their features. You can deny or revoke them in iOS Settings.
Children
BiutimiSun is not directed at children under 16. Biutimi does not knowingly collect personal data from children through the app.
Changes
Biutimi may update this policy when app behavior or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version.
