Privacy Policy — BiutimiSeasons
This policy describes how BiutimiSeasons ("the app") handles information. We design our apps so your data stays on your device.

Data we do not collect
We do not operate a Biutimi server that stores your personal data, photos or similar app content. We do not sell your data.
Data on your device
Information you enter or import in BiutimiSeasons is kept in the app's local storage on your iPhone or iPad, subject to Apple's platform security. You can remove analysis history and your personal profile in the app Settings; deleting the app removes all app data.
Face Data
What face data the app processes
BiutimiSeasons processes face data only when you voluntarily choose to take or select a portrait for personal color analysis. The processed data may include the selected portrait image; temporary face location and facial landmark information detected from that image; sampled colors of the skin, hair, and eyes; image-quality measurements; and the resulting color characteristics, seasonal color result, confidence values, and any adjustments you make.
The app does not use face data to identify you or another person, authenticate identity, create a biometric identity template, recognize or compare identities, infer health information, serve advertising, perform marketing, track users, or train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. The personal color result is used only to provide the color-analysis functionality requested by the user inside BiutimiSeasons.
How face data is obtained and used
The app accesses a portrait only after you deliberately select “Take a portrait” or “Upload portrait.” Camera access is requested through the iOS or iPadOS system permission dialog. Existing photos are selected through Apple's system photo picker.
The portrait is processed locally on the device using Apple's on-device Vision framework and BiutimiSeasons' local color-analysis code. Face location and landmark information is used temporarily to locate suitable skin, hair, and eye areas and to assess whether the portrait is suitable for color analysis. This temporary landmark information is not retained after the analysis.
The resulting color information is used to estimate undertone, contrast, clarity, feature depth, and a seasonal color recommendation. If you save the result, it is also used locally to personalize later fabric-color comparisons in the app.
Storage and sharing
BiutimiSeasons does not transmit face data, portraits, facial landmarks, or derived personal color results to Biutimi servers or to third parties. Face data is not sold, rented, disclosed, or shared with advertising platforms, analytics providers, data brokers, information resellers, or other third parties.
Processing takes place on the user's device. If you choose to save the result, a reduced portrait preview and the derived personal color result are stored only in the app's private local storage on that device, protected by the security features of iOS or iPadOS. Biutimi cannot remotely access this information.
The app itself does not upload this information to iCloud or another cloud service. Local app data may be included in a device backup if the user has enabled an Apple iCloud or computer backup. Such backups are controlled by the user and Apple and are not accessible to Biutimi.
Retention and deletion
Before you save a personal color result, the selected portrait and temporary face-analysis information are used only for the current analysis session. Temporary facial landmark information is discarded after processing and is never written to the app's persistent storage.
If you save the result, the reduced portrait preview and derived color-analysis information are retained locally until you remove the active profile or delete the app. Biutimi does not retain a separate server copy.
You can delete all stored portrait-related data and the derived personal color result at any time by opening BiutimiSeasons, going to Settings → Data and privacy, and selecting “Remove active profile.” Deleting the app removes all BiutimiSeasons data from the device. Copies contained in Apple-managed device backups are governed by the user's Apple backup settings and Apple's retention practices.
Consent and privacy choices
Using portrait analysis is optional. You can use other profile-creation methods without providing a portrait. You can withdraw consent for future camera access in iOS or iPadOS Settings. To withdraw consent for continued storage or use of previously saved face data, remove the active profile in the app and do not submit another portrait. Once the active profile is removed, the app stops using its portrait preview and derived color information for personal comparisons.
Permissions
The app requests camera access only when you choose to take a photo. Choosing an existing photo uses Apple's system photo picker and does not give the app broad access to your photo library. You can deny or revoke camera access in iOS Settings.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
